Three Trevor stories. Trevor can't resist looking at his Christmas presents before the big day but despite the labels on the presents they aren't quite what he wanted. His go-kart is fantastic but Alvin's is better and making improvements is expensive. In the end Trevor comes up with 'the coolest thing'. There are always so many things to do at bedtime but staying up late every night for a week has its consequences...

The first book with just black and white illustrations. They were done in pencil and ink and although I hadn't drawn Trevor for a long time, the pictures came very easily. It was probably the most enjoyable book to write, and also the longest. It would be nice to do more like this one.
