When Ambrose moves to a new house he thinks it will be easy to make new friends. But no one seems suitable - Maisie's too noisy, Bernie's too stupid, and Charlotte's far too shy. Or could it be that Ambrose is a bit too picky? In the end compromise is the solution and they all end up doing what Ambrose likes doing best...swimming.
