Mr Dunfilling is very surprised when one day he receives thirty two thousand wind-up novelty teeth. He gets an even bigger shock when he gets captured by Jewellery Jack and his gang. But those wind-up teeth and some of Mr Pinkbottom's frilly knickers come in handy in his escape.

The third in the series. More plays on words gave me the title first and then I worked from there to think of the story.
